Environmental Sustainability

  • Implement energy conservation measures, including electric charging stations, solar initiatives, LED lighting conversions, and waste reduction efforts.
  • Partnership with Best Bees to promote biodiversity and sustainability by installing beehive at property.
  • Continuously assess climate risk at the local level to adapt and respond to environmental challenges.

Social Responsibility

  • Actively participate in industry networking events and committees, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
  • Partnership with SEO (Seize Every Opportunity) to implement minority internship opportunities to enhance our talent pipeline and promote diversity within the CRE industry.
  • Provide resources and support for employee mental health and wellness, including access to apps like Headspace and collaborative team-building events.

Governance Practices

  • Strengthen cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Report energy usage for regulatory compliance and gain insights into energy consumption relative to comparable properties.
  • Evaluate and implement governance best practices to ensure ethical conduct and responsible decision-making at all levels of the organization.
