Now Open!
In a timely celebration of National Burrito Day, we’re thrilled to share the expansion of our tenant, California Burritos. They have expanded to double their size, now occupying 3,200 SF at Amherst Street Village in Nashua, NH. The expansion includes a brand new bar, a beautiful custom wall mural by local artist Manuel Ramirez, and additional seating.
About California Burritos
California Burritos was founded in 2014, with the first location in downtown Nashua and have since expanded to four total locations. Each location proudly provides skilled teams that hand prep, cut, chop, and marinate all ingredients to ensure the most flavor to consumers with the goal of being different from all other Mexican restaurants.
Linear Retail’s VP of Asset Management, Jared Jammal, recently spent the afternoon with Owner, Raul Cabrera and Regional Manager, Stephanie Acosta, experiencing the detailed cooking process and tasting of some of the most popular menu items. A favorite was the Pupusa – which is a traditional Salvadorian dish made of a thick, handmade corn tortilla filled with cheese, and “chicharron,” which is a ground seasoned pork and homemade refried beans.
In addition to California Burritos, tenants at the fully-leased Amherst Street Village include Walgreens, Crumbl Cookies, Idolize Brows and Beauty, OakCraft Pizza, and more. See more details at our property page here.
