Let’s raise the woof! Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique is now open at the Burlington Marketplace in Burlington, MA. The center is located at 68 Burlington Mall Road directly across from the Burlington Mall entrance, The District (1.3 million SF of office, includes 170-room hotel and 6 restaurants) and 1/8 mi. from Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. There is currently one 1,900 SF space available for lease at Burlington Marketplace.
Sam Varsano & Sophie Morrill of Atlantic Retail represented Splash and Dash in the leasing of the 1,630 SF space, and Evan Eisenhardt & Adriana Major represented Linear.
