Lauren is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Linear Retail. In this role, Lauren leads Linear Retail’s Asset Management team and is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and performance of the company’s retail portfolio. She works closely with the leasing, marketing, property management, and investment teams to develop and execute asset-level strategies that drive value creation and support the long-term objectives of the portfolio. In addition, Rogers serves as co-lead of the company’s culture and team building initiatives.
Rogers joined Linear Retail as an Asset Manager in 2014 and was promoted to Vice President of Asset Management in 2019. Prior to joining Linear, Lauren spent nearly a decade in the retail and restaurant industries in New York City, holding real estate leadership roles at Le Pain Quotidien and Blink Fitness (Equinox). During that time, she led expansion efforts, site selection, and lease negotiations across multiple major markets, including New York City, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and Los Angeles.
Lauren holds a B.A. from Hamilton College. Lauren is a member of CREW Boston and in 2022 joined the CREW Boston Educational Foundation which is responsible for giving out scholarships to female college students interested in pursuing a career commercial real estate. In her free time Lauren enjoys playing pickleball, skiing in VT and spending time with her family.
