PRESS RELEASE
Today we welcome Matt Sieckhaus to the team as Asset Management Analyst. In this role, Matt is responsible for preparing quarterly cashflow models, maintaining Linear’s property databases and supporting the Asset Management and Leasing teams.
Prior to joining Linear, Matt spent time as an Asset Manager and Underwriting Analyst with UC Funds. At UC Funds, Matt prescreened commercial debt and equity requests and managed a portfolio of commercial real estate properties across the country. Prior to joining UC Funds, he was an Appraisal Analyst at Cushman and Wakefield in St. Louis.
