Linear Retail Properties, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Scharff to Director & Vice President of Portfolio Management. Chris oversees the company’s financing activities and lender relationships, investments, risk management, portfolio analysis, research, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Linear Retail, Chris spent the past 12 years working in real estate finance and investment positions for private equity and closely held real estate firms including Cabot Properties, Waterstone Properties, and WJP Development, as well as in property management at KeyPoint Partners.
