Kicking off the good news, all day brunch & bar restaurant, The Friendly Toast has signed a lease to join DW Plaza. The Friendly Toast is a scratch kitchen and bar known for their creative menu, one-of-a-kind drinks, and “nostalgia on shuffle-mode.” We are thrilled to welcome them to this location and they are expected to open this spring.
The Friendly Toast joins existing tenants Not Your Average Joe’s, Starbucks, Chipotle, TD Bank and others. Also, Fidelity has recently relocated and expanded within the center to 10,000 SF.
We have a remaining inline vacancy of 2,523 SF available for lease, as well as 8,660 SF storage space.
