Playa Bowls opened at Eaglewood Shops in September 2025. Playa Bowls was founded by Robert Giuliani and Abby Taylor, starting their business from a makeshift popup stand in front of a pizza shop. Playa Bowls strives to educate their customers about the health benefits of açai, while staying committed to minimizing their environmental footprint from using full LED lighting, eco-friendly materials, and unique recycling solutions. Linear was represented by Bryan Wright and Samantha Mazza of SRS in this deal and Playa Bowls was represented by Christian Janelle of SRS.
We are also happy to welcome North Andover Modern Dentistry (affiliated with Pacific Dental Services) to Eaglewood Shops in October 2025. Using advanced technology services, North Andover Modern Dentistry focuses on personalized dental care for patients, making comfort the priority with a mission of “…aiming to exceed your expectations, providing not just care, but lasting commitment to your smile’s health and overall well-being.” Linear was represented by Bryan Wright, Samantha Mazza and Christian Janelle of SRS in this deal. North Andover Modern Dentistry was represented by Ben Starr and Jim Bagley from Atlantic Retail.
Additionally, Drybar joined Eaglewood Shops in November 2025. Co-Founded by Alli Web, Drybar opened their first location in 2010 and now has over 150 locations across the country. Drybar focuses on “…giving clients the premier blowout experience while providing professional quality products and tools to better help their clients achieve and maintain the perfect blowout at home.” Linear was represented by Bryan Wright of SRS and Drybar was represented by Hank Blake of Blake Commercial.
We also welcome MyEyeDr. to Eaglewood Shops as of November 2025. MyEyeDr. offers high-quality eye care services to all, using the latest tools and technology to help their patients achieve the best possible vision. MyEyeDr. offers services from comprehensive eye exams to retinal imaging. Linear was represented by Bryan Wright of SRS in this deal and MyEyeDr. was represented by John Ferris and Zack Mittelstadt of CBRE.
Lastly, we would like to welcome Verizon to Eaglewood Shops. Verizon is projected to open in Q2 2026. Sean McQuaid of Eastern Retail Properties represented Verizon in this deal. With the addition of Verizon, Eaglewood Shops is now fully leased.
Playa Bowls, North Andover Modern Dentistry, Drybar, MyEyeDr., and Verizon join Burton’s Grill & Bar, Title Boxing Club, AFC Urgent Care, MD Esthetics, CAVA, Five Guys, beem Light Sauna, Cookie Monstah, Pure Barre, Bay State Physical Therapy, Thyme, Club Pilates, Chipotle, AAA, and Staples.
