About our Acquisitions Team

Aubrey Cannuscio is Chief Investment Officer and serves on the company’s Board. Aubrey has 25 years of real estate experience and is responsible for growing the company’s portfolio from scratch with the acquisition of over 100 retail properties in New England. Rick Rostoff is Vice President of Acquisitions & Leasing at Linear Retail and is responsible for sourcing and closing retail acquisitions in eastern MA, southern NH, RI and southern ME, and for carrying out the leasing programs at some of Linear Retail’s more prominent assets. Matt Leibowitz is Linear's Acquisitions Associate, supporting the Acquisition team. Matt is responsible for underwriting new deals and managing the due diligence process.
