Beginning December 3rd 2025, in partnership with Vend Park, we implemented a new parking program at our Central Plaza property.
Parking validation is available at the following Central Plaza retailers: Alta Strada, Coldwell Banker, JETSET Pilates, Laughing Monk Cafe, Lockheart Restaurant, MiniLuxe, One Medical, Shake Shack, Webster Bank, Wellesley Books, Wellness in Motion.

What do I do when I enter Central Plaza’s parking lot?
- Look for the Vend Park signage to register your car. Using your mobile device, scan the QR code to register. Be sure to have your license plate number ready to enter. If you do not want to scan a QR code, you can register your car on Vend Park’s website. app.vendpark.io You will only need to register your car once.
How does Vend Park scan my license plate?
- There is a camera at the entrance of the parking lot as you drive in and a camera at the exit when you drive out.
How does parking validation work?
- If you are visiting a Central Plaza retailer, make sure to ask the retailer for parking validation at check out/ the end of your visit. The retailer will provide a QR code that can be scanned by your mobile device and will automatically validate your parking. Then you can return to you car and drive out of the parking lot.
How long is the “grace period” before I am charged to park at Central Plaza?
- Through December 31st, 2025, the “grace period” is 30 minutes – You can park for 30 minutes without being charged or needing parking validation. Check back in January 2026 for updates on the “grace period”.
Who can give a parking validation and for how long?
- Any of the retailers listed above at Central Plaza can give a 2.5 hour parking validation.
Do I need to make a purchase to get validated?
- No, any of the retailers at Central Plaza can provide parking validation without purchase.
What if I visit multiple retailers at Central Plaza and plan to stay longer than 2.5 hours?
- While we understand this is not the norm, all Central Plaza retailers have the ability to validate for longer. When asking for parking validation, please let the retailer know you intend to stay longer and they will provide the unique validation code.
What if I am dining at Central Plaza on the weekend and plan to stay longer than 2.5 hours?
- Central Plaza parking lot will be free between the hours of 9pm – 12:30am Fridays and Saturday nights only through December 31st , 2025. You will still need validation before this time period. Please check back January 2026 for updates.

What if I can’t find my license plate while I am trying to register my car for the first time?
- Your license plate may have not scanned if there is inclement weather or if a delivery truck is blocking one of the cameras. We are working to resolve these issues. However, if your license plate does not get scanned, please note you will not be charged.
I am trying to register my car for the first time and I can’t find my license plate, what should I do?
- If you can’t find your license plate, you have three options.
- Visit any of the retailers at Central Plaza and they can register your car for you (please bring your license plate number).
- Call Vend Park support at 1(888) 965-3793.
- Register your car online through the Vend Park website at app.vendpark.io
Do I need to register my car more than once?
- No, you only need to register your car once. Your car’s information will be on file for the next time you visit Central Plaza.
Do I need to enter in my credit card information if I park at Central Plaza?
- No, you can skip this step if you plan on always using validation. If you do use the lot and don’t get a parking validation, a bill will be mailed to your address. So please don’t forget to ask for validation if you are shopping at Central Plaza!
Can I register my car online before I get to the Central Plaza parking lot?
- Yes, please visit: app.vendpark.io to register your vehicle ahead of time. When you get to Central Plaza, you can go straight to one of the Central Plaza retailers to receive your parking validation.
Why was this parking system implemented?
- This is to maintain a safe and convenient environment that prioritizes the shoppers of Central Plaza. As a reminder, this is a private parking lot for the benefit of the tenants of Central Plaza only. Our goal is to keep the spaces available for those shopping at Central Plaza and free of charge. By adding a paid system, we are discouraging commuters from leaving their cars in our private lot all day. We believe adding a paid parking system with free validation for Central Plaza shoppers is a better alternative than towing cars out of the lot that shouldn’t be there. We know this is a big change and we appreciate your patience learning a new system and supporting the businesses at Central Plaza!
