About our Acquisitions Team
Aubrey Cannuscio is Co-Chief Executive Officer and serves on the company’s Managing Board. Aubrey has 30 years of real estate experience and is responsible for growing the company’s portfolio with the acquisition of over 100 retail properties in New England.
Chris Scharff joined Linear Retail in May, 2022 and serves as Director & Vice President of Portfolio Management. In this role, Chris oversees the company’s financing activities and lender relationships, investments, risk management, portfolio analysis, research, and strategic initiatives.
Alden Freddo joined Linear Retail in October of 2023 as real estate analyst on the portfolio management & acquisitions team. In this role, Alden supports the company’s financing activities, strategic portfolio management responsibilities, & underwriting of acquisitions and dispositions.
270 Amherst Street is a two-building shopping center located on Amherst Street/Rte. 101A in Nashua, NH. Tenants include Aldi, Pet Supplies Plus, Domino’s and more.
