Linear Retail Properties announced today that it has acquired Point Crossing, a 13,889 SF small format shopping center located at 479 Washington Street in Quincy, MA. The purchase price was $12.025 million.

Point Crossing is fully leased and is located approximately 11 miles south of Downtown Boston. The property is well-positioned at the signalized intersection of Route 3A (37,000 ADT) and Route 53 (45,100 ADT) with three separate access points to the center. Current tenants include ConvenientMD Urgent Care, Joint Ventures Physical Therapy, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Coffee Break. Quickway Hibachi is expected to open later in 2025.
