As COO, Greg is responsible for overseeing Linear Retail’s day-to-day operations and driving the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives across all business functions. He works closely with the leadership team to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and support the continued growth of the portfolio and platform.
Greg joined Linear Retail in January of 2011 as Acquisitions Analyst where he was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of Linear’s acquisitions. In 2014, he transitioned to the Asset Management team, where he led the strategic planning and execution for assets throughout Boston, Eastern Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Over the course of his tenure, Greg has developed a comprehensive understanding of the business through leadership roles spanning acquisitions, asset management, and operations.
Prior to joining Linear, Greg was an auditor with Ernst & Young in the New York and Boston offices. He focused on the real estate industry where his clients included both public REITs and privately held funds across multiple asset classes.
Greg earned a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Greg resides in Concord, MA with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the globe to visit the next best restaurant and is on a never-ending quest to find his favorite Brunello di Montalcino.
