Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced three promotions at Linear Retail; Jared Jammal to VP of Asset Management, Julia Brutto to VP of Marketing & Social Media, and Tasha daSilva to Senior Corporate Accountant.
Jared Jammal, Julia Brutto, and Tasha daSilva of Linear Retail
As VP of Asset Management, Jared is responsible for creating and implementing strategic visions for a portfolio of properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Additionally, Jared provides a focus on construction management across Linear’s portfolio. Jared joined Linear as Acquisitions Analyst in 2014. In 2016, he transitioned to Asset Manager.
As Vice President of Marketing & Social Media, Julia leads the Marketing department and is responsible for initiatives to support Leasing and Acquisitions. Julia joined Linear in 2012 as Marketing Associate & Graphic Designer. In 2019, she was promoted to Marketing Manager.
As Senior Corporate Accountant, Tasha is responsible for integrating detailed property level transactions into corporate financial data for analysis, while also providing support for the Linear team. Tasha joined Linear in August 2020 as a Corporate Accountant.
