Melanie joined Linear Retail in July of 2022 as Vice President of Leasing. In this role, she is responsible for the Leasing of assets in MA and RI.
Prior to joining Linear Retail, Melanie was Director of Leasing for Cedar Realty Trust, where she was responsible for leasing and renewals for the entire CT and MA portfolio of 13 assets. In addition, she has worked in a similar capacity for The Flatley Company, WS Development, and Waterstone Retail.
Melanie attended Fisher College and hold Real Estate Salespersons Licenses in both MA and RI.
In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family. She is an avid anything law podcast listener and beach junkie.
