Matt joined Linear in October 2021, initially as an Asset Management Analyst, and was promoted to Associate in 2022. In his current role as Asset Management Associate, Matt is responsible for overseeing quarterly property valuations, property budgets, and providing support to the Asset Management and Leasing teams.
Prior to joining Linear, Matt gained valuable experience as an Asset Manager and Underwriting Analyst at UC Funds, where he prescreened commercial debt and equity requests and managed a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans across the country. Before his time at UC Funds, he served as an Appraisal Analyst at Cushman and Wakefield in St. Louis.
Matt holds a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University, where he graduated in 2019 while also being an active member of the ice hockey team. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Matt relocated to Boston in 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, playing hockey, and exploring new destinations through travel.
