Evan Eisenhardt

As Senior Vice President and Head of Leasing, Evan is responsible for leading and managing the leasing department to a goal of 100% occupancy and guiding the organization in the goal in becoming one of the leading owners of shopping centers in New England. This includes preparing for changes in the retail industry through new relationships with new uses, leading leasing strategies and developing and motivating the leasing and asset management teams.

In addition to serving as SVP of Leasing, Evan is involved in various regional industry organizations. Evan is a Co-Founder and Co-Committee Member of the New England Retail Dealmakers (NERD), which offers monthly breakfast meetings for retailers, brokers and leasing reps. These monthly meetings, known as ‘Rise & Grind,’ are regularly attended by 30-40 dealmakers coming together to generate business. Evan also is a member of the ICSC New England Conference & Deal Making Committee.

Evan joined Linear Retail Properties in January of 2012 as Leasing Rep, and in 2015, Evan took on the role of Vice President of Leasing. Prior to joining Linear Retail, Evan was an Area Sales Manager for The Regus Group, where he was responsible for managing the sales and leasing processes for their offices in the New England market. In addition, he managed new office location openings and local marketing efforts. Before Evan became involved with commercial real estate, he worked in numerous capacities within the Hospitality Industry, which included managing sales and operations for companies such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts and ARAMARK Corporation.

Evan holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Massachusetts and has attended Boston University’s Real Estate Studies Program with a focus on Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance.

In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid music and food junkie with a passion for trying new wine. He is also a former Boston DJ and wine sommelier. You can sometimes still find Evan behind a set of turntables.
