Chris joined Linear Retail in May, 2022 and serves as Director & Vice President of Portfolio Management. In this role, Chris oversees the company’s financing activities and lender relationships, investments, risk management, portfolio analysis, research, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Linear Retail, Chris spent the last 12 years working in finance and investment capacities for private equity and closely held real estate investment and development firms including Cabot Properties, Waterstone Properties, and WJP Development as well as in property management at KeyPoint Partners.
Chris holds a BA from Colby College, a MBA from Boston College, and a certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University. Chris resides in Boston, MA with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golf, bicycling, and finding good restaurants.
Chris rode a bicycle across the United States
