Alan joined Linear Retail in September 2021 as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, Alan is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic visions for assets in Boston, Cambridge, Southern Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Prior to joining Linear Retail, Alan spent the last 15+ years working for public and private real estate developers including RK Centers, Waterstone Properties Group, Federal Realty Investment Trust and Mayo Group. Alan’s professional roles have spanned from Analyst to Project Management and Property Management. With a focus on retail leasing for the past 10 years, he has moved from Leasing Representative at Federal Realty, to Director of Leasing for Waterstone Properties and RK Centers. Alan has been responsible for leasing shopping center portfolios totaling over 10 million square feet of retail space during that time. He has been an active member of ICSC for over 10 years, serving on multiple committees in MA & NH.
Alan received a B. Sc. Honors Degree in Property Studies (Commercial Real Estate) from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in Galway, Ireland. Alan now resides in Lunenburg, MA with his wife and 3 children. In his free time, Alan enjoys spending time with his family and both playing and coaching soccer & basketball.
