Linear Retail Acquires its Eighth Nashua Property

linear-retail-nashua-acquisition-bk-old-navy(Burlington, MA; 12/15/2016)- Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today that it acquired two retail properties in Nashua, NH along the Daniel Webster Highway/Spit Brook Road retail block for $12.5 million. The freestanding buildings are leased to Old Navy and Burger King.

The two buildings, totaling 27,673 SF, are located in close proximity to six other Linear Retail properties including; Daniel Webster Crossing, Daniel Webster Plaza, Daniel Webster Shops, and freestanding properties leased to Barnes and Noble, Chili’s and Uno’s.

Linear Retail Pays $12M for 7th Nashua Property

Barnes & Noble_235 Daniel Webster Hwy Nashua, NHThe Real Reporter- NASHUA, NH — And now there is one—owner, that is, of all four retail properties at what Linear Retail Partners principal William J. Beckeman deems “arguably the best intersection in all of Nashua,” and if so, that is good news for his Burlington, MA-based operation that just paid $12 million to secure the Barnes & Noble Bookstore at 235 Daniel Webster Highway, complementing three other assets assembled over the past decade where Spit Brook Road converges with DWH.

“It fills out the corner nicely for us,” Beckeman tells Real Reporter in the wake of an all-cash deal that completes the four-piece puzzle at that light and brings Linear’s overall Nashua portfolio to seven properties. “It’s a great fit fot us,” Beckeman says in stating the obvious that, “we like Nashua a lot” even as the firm’s expanding fiefdom of convenience-oriented retail stretching from New Hampshire to Rhode Island and now at 80 assets overall continues to expand in other markets, with 2015 an especially active season on the acquisitions front, that group led by Aubrey Cannuscio.

Linear Retail Acquires 7th Nashua Property

Barnes & Noble_235 Daniel Webster Hwy Nashua, NH(Burlington, MA; 02/01/2016)– Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today its 7th purchase in Nashua, New Hampshire at 235 Daniel Webster Highway. The property is tenanted by Barnes & Noble and is located at the corner of Daniel Webster Highway & Spit Brook Road.

The Barnes & Noble property is a 29,554 square foot, single-story, free standing building. The purchase price was $12 million. The property is Linear Retail’s sixth acquisition on Daniel Webster Highway, Nashua’s premier shopping district. Linear also owns a shopping center on Rte. 101A/Amherst St. in north Nashua adjacent to Target.

Linear Signs Two Retailers to Leases in Nashua

225 Daniel Webster Highway Nashua NHcitybizlist – Not Your Average Joe’s and Starbucks have signed leases at Linear Retail Properties’ Daniel Webster Plaza at 225 Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, NH.

Not Your Average Joe’s and Starbucks together will take the entire 9,000 SF pad currently occupied by Pier 1 Imports. The pad is located in the middle of the Spitbrook Rd/ Daniel Webster Highway retail block and is adjacent to Barnes & Noble.

Linear Retail’s new 12,000 SF retail development, Daniel Webster Shops, is adjacent to the site to the north and the Shaw’s, Petsmart, Sports Authority, Marshalls power center is directly adjacent to the site to the west.
