Abbott’s 850 s/f location offers a fun community-driven atmosphere with new flavors to choose from each day with frozen custard cones and bowls, milkshakes, cakes, cookie sandwiches and other frozen goodies. Their product is made fresh in-store with stores being able to create up to 1,000 different flavors. Jason Denoncourt, a 15 year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, is the owner as well as a local resident.
The Giroux Building offers frontage on four streets including Massachusetts Ave., Meriam St., Depot Sq. and Depot Place and overlooks the Buckman Tavern and Battle Green in Lexington Center. The fully leased store block is comprised of nine local and regional tenants including Via Lago Restaurant, Yangtze River Restaurant, Eastern Bank, Dellaria Salon and Abbott’s Frozen Custard.
Linear purchased the property for $10.465 million. The seller, The Giroux Building LP, was represented by Connie Neville of Sperry Van Ness/Neville & Associates.
