The Boston Business Journal – Linear Retail Properties has purchased a pair of retail condominiums on the ground floor of the Bryant Back Bay in Boston for $1.79 million.
The acquisitions are located at 303 Columbus Avenue at the edge of the Back Bay and South End neighborhoods, between Clarendon and Dartmouth etreets. The retail condos total 2,970 square feet.
One retail space is leased to Urban Grape and lease negotiations are underway with an operator of a fresh produce and specialty food market for the other condo unit.
Boston Realty Advisors represented the seller, Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO), and procured the buyer.
