Marketing Associate & Graphic Designer

Summary of Position:

The Marketing Associate & Graphic Designer will report to the VP of Marketing. This role will assist in implementing marketing campaigns to support company goals, as well as managing daily administrative marketing tasks. They will also be responsible graphic design for social media, the corporate website, collateral materials, tradeshow graphics, property signage, and more.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and design of marketing collateral and leasing brochures
  • WordPress website updates
  • Email marketing (Blast creation, contact list pulling from CRM, execution and tracking of stats)
  • Communication between VP of Marketing and various vendors (Printing, property signage, photography, event planning, etc.)
  • Preparation of marketing materials for tradeshows including collateral and vendor coordination
  • Content and graphic curation for website and social media
  • Assistance in photography and videography shoots with various tenants or properties
  • Graphic design for company website, social media platforms, email marketing, property signage, tenant logos from time to time, company collateral, tradeshow graphics, photography editing, various marketing, and leasing campaigns, etc.
  • Various event planning (team outings, trade shows, tenant events)

Skills:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a marketing or graphic design related field with an interest or experience with real estate. This person will have graphic design background with an interest in marketing and variety in their day-to-day. They will have extensive knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them for business. They will have precise attention to detail and be a quick learner, with strong communication and writing skills. The ideal candidate will be excited about new challenges and projects, but also have a willingness to handle manual processes, tracking and data entry as needed. We are looking for a great team member with a positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute ideas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Experience working with social media
  • Strong attention to detail; organized and structured
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • WordPress and/or basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
  • Background in Salesforce, Email Marketing platforms a plus
