Orangetheory is a total-body workout done in group classes. Each class is guided and motivated by a coach. Participants follow their own heart rate rhythm to increase metabolism and burn more calories.
Classes go through a series are cardio and strength training all at their own pace based on individual fitness levels. Orangetheory changes exercises daily to focus on different muscles each time you go.
