Jared is a Vice President of Asset Management at Linear Retail. In this role, Jared is responsible for creating and implementing strategic visions for a portfolio of properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Additionally, Jared provides a focus on construction management across Linear’s portfolio.
Jared joined Linear Retail in February 2014 as an analyst in the acquisitions department where he was responsible for supporting the Head of Acquisitions, underwriting new deals and managing the due diligence process. In October 2016, Jared joined the asset management team.
Prior to joining Linear, Jared worked for Admirals Bank, a federally chartered savings bank located in Boston. While at Admirals, Jared first worked in the real estate department valuing various types of commercial real estate then moved to the loan acquisitions department where he was responsible for sourcing and prescreening new loan acquisition opportunities as well as managing the banks’ Loan Participation Program.
Jared holds a B.A. from Bates College, where he was a member of the football team, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University. Jared likes to spend his free time with his wife, Kelley, and two daughters, Evaleigh and Josie. When not at work, Jared loves being in the kitchen, exploring new bakeries and restaurants, playing sports and being active outside.
