Gail started her career with Linear as a Vice President of Asset Management. She was responsible for developing and executing asset strategies which created added value to the properties in her portfolio. She gained extensive knowledge for the market rents and was responsible for the budgets in her territory which included capital and reforecasting. She was responsible for third party management, property managers and leasing brokerage services within her properties.
In 2019, Gail was promoted to Director & Vice President of Linear Retail making her the head of the renewal department and a member of the leadership team. She reports directly to the Co-CEO Joel Kadis. She is responsible for the entire portfolio of renewals, options, and tenant retention. A key part of her responsibilities includes negotiations of extensions, tenant relationships and the impact renewals have regarding the value of the property. She works directly with the Asset Management team and advises them on their specific renewals within their portfolio.
Prior to joining Linear Retail, Gail was the Regional Director of Property Management for Edens where she managed the property managers, the budgets, the operations, and property management services for a large portfolio of shopping centers throughout New England and New York State.
Gail is a graduate of University of North Carolina Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She holds a degree in Corporate Finance and Business Law from the Institute of Paralegal Training, Philadelphia, PA. She was a Senior Lecturer and Academic Advisor at Northeastern University where she taught Legal Research and Ethics for 20 years.
Gail enjoys hanging out with her family and friends at Falmouth Heights Beach and uses her best efforts when playing golf.
