Boston’s First Invisalign-Only Boutique Opens In The South End

columbus-1702CityBizList – Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today that Smilebar, an Invisalign-only boutique has opened at 303 Columbus Ave. in the Bryant Back Bay luxury condominium building in Boston, MA. The property is situated where the Back Bay meets the South End, between Clarendon and Dartmouth Streets.

Smilebar is the first Invisalign-only boutique in the Boston area. Smilebar’s orthodontic specialists use the latest 3D imaging technology to provide Invisalign, a series of clear and removable aligners to create a perfect smile. Smilebar has also partnered with Smile Train for its OneChild+OneSmile donation program. For every new patient who completes treatment, Smilebar will provide the cost of a child’s cleft lip/palate surgery in a developing country.

Linear pays $1.79M for retail condos in South End

729 Boylston Street Linear Retail Acquisition The Boston Business Journal – Linear Retail Properties has purchased a pair of retail condominiums on the ground floor of the Bryant Back Bay in Boston for $1.79 million.

The acquisitions are located at 303 Columbus Avenue at the edge of the Back Bay and South End neighborhoods, between Clarendon and Dartmouth etreets. The retail condos total 2,970 square feet.

One retail space is leased to Urban Grape and lease negotiations are underway with an operator of a fresh produce and specialty food market for the other condo unit.

Boston Realty Advisors represented the seller, Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO), and procured the buyer.
